If you wanted to be really vindictive, you could have it moved to the sidewalk, declare it abandoned and have the city deal with it. You just don't the keys until the loan funds, usuall 2 or 3 days after closing. :) But yeah - I'm so thrilled for you guys. To be absolutely safe, I would send an email to the sellers, stating that they seem to have left this car on the property, and confirming with them that they meant to do that. (This gives you confirmation of abandonment.)
